Best Dressed at 44.

Back in the 80s, Maricel Soriano was known to be a good dresser. She would always figured prominently on surveys about Best Dressed female celebrities.

But 80s fashion is rather eclectic and flashy. The fashion trend as we all know has been replaced and then recycled ten times fold since then.

And like the fashion trends that evolved through the decades, Maricel Soriano has evolved as well into an elegant celebrity who would always try to dress up impecabbly at any ocassion you will find her in.

This and her taste for clothes and brands has landed her on top list of this year's Top 10 Best Dressed Female of Preview Magazine.

Something to be truly proud of. Afterall, not every 44 year old female celebrity in town dresses as elegant as she is.

Below are some of the comments who have seen the cover of Preview.

Your favorite fashion compendium does it again: Preview stays true to its cutting-edge roots by featuring none other than the illustrious and beautiful Maricel Soriano on the cover of its July 2009 issue, which also holds their annual best-dressed roster, a buzzworthy, elite lineup of Manila's most fashionably fabulous.

The diamond star, bedecked in a Balmain-inspired band jacket and Style Break distressed denims (a Style Bible hot pick at The Mall), proves that fierce fashion needn't come at a nosebleed price. And when it comes to beauty, nothing else characterizes her more than that perfect, snow white complexion, succulent, sophisticated lips and eyes that speak volumes. Wrap it all up in a dignified package that's one part couture chic and one part commercial success, and you've got a sure box office record-breaker.

I know this is so late.

But let me just say this, I want more issues like this.

We see Maricel rock a drama scene, but--- cover of a fashion magazine? I wasn't expecting that she would do this. Okay, I see her wearing sophisticated clothes, in interviews. She looks simple, yet very mayaman.

I think this is the best issue, after recession struck the magazine industry. Preview's cover this July really crapped Mega's.
